What Is Plant Based Cuisine?

Simply put, "plant based cuisine" is vegetarian and/or vegan dishes prepared mostly from plants.

You are familiar with the most common plants such as collard greens, mustard greens, broccoli, kale, spinach and the like.  There are also plant based fruits that we readily eat, such as apples, pears, strawberries, oranges, pineapples, plums, grapes and such.  However, did you know that there are also vegetable fruit that we also eat like avocado, cucumber and tomato?
Pretty simple right?  


Now that you have an idea of what "plant based cuisine" is, together we'll share knowledge of all kinds of plants and recipes to explore a plant based lifestyle that will enhance and expand our options for food selection and preparation.
